About Lucy
I have always been passionate about supporting others, and did this firstly in education. I spent time abroad teaching students of other languages English, before working in the pastoral department at a secondary school.
Whilst obtaining my masters degree I worked with adults in a low cost counselling setting, offering support for most mental and emotional health issues. I then went onto volunteer and support survivors of domestic abuse before graduating.
Outside of my private practice I work for Mind and the Wilderness Foundation, providing talking therapy and nature therapy to young people and adults.
